OPM Assessment and Continuous Improvements for Strategy Realization

Resilience, Excellence, Sustainability are quite expensive attributes for organizations that realize their objectives and excel at realizing strategies in a manner that always get them steps ahead towards their visions. Expensive because these attributes do not happen by chance, and require perseverance, patience, focus and continuous improvements.

To realize strategies, portfolios utilize both value-producing operations and value making projects and programs, in a synchronized manner, free of silos and egocentric culture. They share and collaborate and always celebrate learning, in fact they always strive to uncover their own faults and mistakes in order to correct them and improve. This requires a consistent form of assessment on the organizational project management level, including portfolios, programs, projects, organizational enablers and supporting operations.
