Edivandro Carlos Conforto, PhD is a globally recognized specialist on business agility, strategy implementation and organizational transformation. His work help executive leaders and teams transform their organizations to succeed in today’s ever-changing business environment. He is the Head of Research at Brightline Initiative (brightline.org), a Project Management Institute Initiative together with leading global organizations dedicated to bridge the gap between ideas and results, where he serves as thought leader and executive advisor in a number of global initiatives. His ideas and recommendations have been published in a number of international business journals and he contributed with six books on business strategy and transformation. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Agile Management and Innovation (USP-EESC). From 2013 to 2015 he lived in Boston, USA, where he worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), responsible for global initiatives on organizational agility, program management and systems engineering areas.
