 cers in many countries\; rich and poor\, developed and the so called third
  world countries. Tender adjudication is the best environment for the croo
 ked who want to line their pockets and make easy money. Most positions of 
 procurement officers are reserved for the kith and keen of the “who is w
 hos” of the society. The greatest question is can this be reversed in so
 ciety?&nbsp\;
 What does the PMBOK say? What are we doing? Does it align 
 with the PMBOK? How do we bridge the gap between theory and practice? Can 
 Zimbabwe overcome the woes associated with the way tenders are selected. W
 ill “tender-preneurship” be purged and how?
