 Edivandro Carlos Conforto\, PhD
  is a globally recognized specialist on business agility\, strategy implem
 entation and organizational transformation. His work help executive leader
 s and teams transform their organizations to succeed in today’s ever-cha
 nging business environment. He is the Head of Research at Brightline Initi
 ative (brightline.org)\, a Project Management Institute Initiative togethe
 r with leading global organizations dedicated to bridge the gap between id
 eas and results\, where he serves as thought leader and executive advisor 
 in a number of global initiatives. His ideas and recommendations have been
  published in a number of international business journals and he contribut
 ed with six books on business strategy and transformation. He holds a Mast
 er’s degree and a PhD in Agile Management and Innovation (USP-EESC). Fro
 m 2013 to 2015 he lived in Boston\, USA\, where he worked at the Massachus
 etts Institute of Technology (MIT)\, responsible for global initiatives on
  organizational agility\, program management and systems engineering areas
